Experimental Otus

So after working on Owlboy for a while, I was browsing around like I usually do and came across a few grand examples of cartooining and abstractions (like I usually also do) and I felt like experimenting a little.

I'm usually very consistent when I've selected a style for whatever project I'm working on, and as such, I keep Otus looking the same. Of course, that's only natural, but I felt I'd try to explore what I could do with his shapes a little. I like to think of him as a fairly expressive character, but it rarely commes across when I draw him because he's made to have expressions when prompted and otherwise pretty neutral. But anywhoo. Shape experimentation.

Noticed I put the jagged eyelids upside down on the Gawks (green enemy things) but I liked how it looked, so I'll allow myself to have them there this once.
