This is step three in my birthday master plan for

It was really something I did spontaniously. I was sketching my other painting, and I decided to finish it. The previous one was so serious, I just wanted something fun to counter balance it.

The idea is that we like to run throught he pigeons (I know. We're very mature people.) Somehow this translated into budgies. I don't know. Fun to make though!
