Sewer Secrets

UPDATE: Here's the finished painting. I have to admit, I saw this scene pretty early, but it was still pretty fun to paint.

For some reason, a wizard with is fairy reading a burning book in the sewers just made sense. And who doesn't like a good copse-digesting slime monster once in a while.

The colors had a lot of contrast in this one, and it was fun trying to maintain that without dulling out things to compensate too much. I'm sure this is a lot more intense for those of you that see color properly. But sometimes it's nice to do something with a blast of color. I hope I can do another one of these soon.

It's that time again everyone! I'm going to turn this patch of blobs into a painting! (It's been too long!)
