Ok, I've been looking through my gallery lately, and I've come to the conclusion that it's simply not good enough. I know I can do a lot better than what I've posted here, and often times what I upload is something that I use to practice, but doesn't really look that good as a piece of art. So I have to upp the quality, but hell do I know if that'll happen since not posting anything till I feel it's perfect will probably never happen. Guess I just have to refine my works more before I do.

Anywhoo, the reason I mention this is because I have a ton of unfinished works on my computer that I realise I've never shown, and I was planning on finishing up a few and getting them up here. A lot of them are several years old, so it's about time. BUT! As I was looking though things, I was doing facial studies, which lead to drawing a random line, then it turned into an anatomy\perspective\lighting test, then random colours and things, which resulted in this... thing.

I honestly have no idea what this is. Started kind of like 'What is this place?' and 'Shift' but has a different feel to it. Looks like some guy transending time, but really, I made shapes and colours more than actual objects. It's a lot more sketchy, so given the state of my gallery, I've been contemplating wether or not I should upload this. Has some nice shapes and colours, so I figure I can put it up and try to outdo it with my next submission.

I suspect the right finger might be sliiiightly too bent or too short, but it's not easy to get anything to compare with since he's the only thing affected by the fisheye lens and his arm covered his body. I did try this in the mirror and it looks fairly accurate, but you're right. There is a certain 'wonkyness' at play here.
